Spiegel Nance Design has designed, documented and managed construction of K-12, and many Community Colleges and State Universities over two decades.  Many of these tie into associated teaching hospitals and universities.

Our background with Title 5 California Code of Regulations requirements means that designing or remodeling a school to the tough California code requirements is almost second nature.  Our knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and dealings with DSA assure that projects flow smoothly from planning through construction.  Historic campuses graced with historic architecture deserve to have new buildings or additions blend in seamlessly, while modern city center education facilities may need to reflect the nature of the surrounding environment.

But overall, an Educational Facility needs to be efficient in design, pragmatic in function, efficient in cost, and exude an air of confidence and learning.
