Throughout the process of Design and Construction, Spiegel Nance Design keeps an open line of communication with all regulatory agencies to assure a smooth permitting and inspection process.  Over the years, we have developed a relationship with OSHPD, Licensing, County Health, ACOs, FLSOs, and most City Personnel, that enables us to assure a smooth process towards project completion and occupancy.
